At MP Cattle Company, we understand that sometimes your group is bigger than 4 people. No worries, we can accommodate additional campers for an additional $25 a night for each individual camper. Please note that the maximum number of campers per site is 6, so if your group is larger than 6, please reserve two campsites.

  • Terms & Conditions:

     

    • All reservations for Regular & Riverview Camping Sites are 3 Nights, April 6-8 2024 with campers departing on April 9th. These sites are in close proximity with others. Price includes 4 campers, an additional 2 campers maybe added for a fee of $25.00 per additional camper per night. 6 Camper limit, if your party has more than 6, please book 2 campsites.

     

    • All reservations for Premium and Ultimate Camping Sites are 4 Nights, April 5-8 2024 with campers departing on April 9th. These campsites are more secluded and sit along the river bank. Price includes 4 campers, an additional 2 campers maybe added for a fee of $25.00 per additional camper per night. 6 Camper limit, if your party has more than 6, please book 2 campsites.

     

    • All reservations for Parking Spots are for 1 day only, April 8th, 2024.

     

    • Guest are welcome to arrive as early as April 1, 2024 and depart as late as April 12, 2024. Please email the ranch at mpcattle4@gmail.com after purchasing a campsite to confirm additional dates. Each of these additional nights will be charged at a rate of $100.00 per additional night.

     

    • Upon booking a site a map will be emailed to you to view available site locations, sites will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Your site will be marked with your name and site number upon arrival.

     

    • All tent campsites are primitive sites. No electricity or water will be available at the individual campsites.

     

    • There will be a non potable water station and restroom facility set up on site along with multiple trash cans and fire wood available for purchase.

     

    • Liability: MP Cattle Company will not be held responsible for loss or damage to camping tenant's property due to theft, loss, fire, vandalism, any other casualty, wild animals, or acts of God or Nature. Camping Tenants expressly assume all risks of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance for such losses.

     

    • Indemnification: Camping tenants indemnify and hold harmless MP Cattle Company, its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of tenant’s exercise of his rights hereunder, except as may be caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of MP Cattle Company or its officers and /or employees.

     

    • By purchasing you agree to these said rules, terms & conditions, a waiver will be signed on site prior to entry.

  • Camp Rules:

     

    • Only 1 vehicle allowed per campsite.

     

    • Sites much be kept clean, we request no glass containers.

     

    • Please drive slow through the camp area, reckless drivers will be asked to leave.

     

    • There will be no refunds for any reason, no exceptions. Please consider travel insurance if you have concerns.

     

    • Quiet hours will be observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please keep bright lights and noise to a minimum during this time.

     

    • Drones are prohibited.

     

    • Pets will not be allowed on the premise. Service animals will be allowed, but waste must be picked up.

     

    • Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children.

     

    • Respect other campers by not walking in their campsites, paths will be clearly marked.

     

    • Guest will be responsible for property and/or equipment destruction.

     

    • Guest will not disturb the peace, engage in violent behavior, or display/discharge weapons.

     

    • These rules can be amended my MP Cattle Company at any time. Rules will be posted on site. Any guest not following the rules will be asked to leave, without refund.
